The traditional manufacturers of steel frame tube sets have risen to meet the demand for steel again with:

Columbus re-introducing tubesets in models familiar to many of us such as:

• MAX with its eliptical shapes
• SL (new) with new steel formulations but standard tube sizes,

They are now in the company of Spirit, Zona,XCR and others

Reynolds has never stopped producing:

• 653 an upgrade of the famous 531.... 653 being 10% stronger
• 725 ideal for ATB and BMX
• 853
• 953 stainless steel

In celebration we are introducing a range of retro frames based on bikes that Frank Clavis owned and raced some he still has.

These bikes made in Italy, France, Holland and the UK he still has.

The first is a road frame made of Columbus Spirit tubing with investment cast lugs chrome plated, the frame rear stays chromed and half chrome fork blades. This is finished in the famous LEGNANO colours familiar to many Kiwi cyclists of the 60's to 70's era.
