Jan Kole a former Dutch Pro cyclist now located in Shenzhen China is continuing the wonderful skill of frame building having moved from Holland some years ago.

Jan has set up a high end quality factory incorporating a custom frame building shop and on another level a full production facility making steel and aluminium frames on a volume basis.

The custom frame shop on the first floor is like walking into a european frame shop of the past, with all the requirements of lathes, milling machines, frame jigs and gas welding benches. To top it off there is a team of well trained staff detailing by hand the high quality finishing of filing, sanding and polishing each lug or fillet to a high finish. Quality controls are in place at each stage of building a custom made frame.

Walking around you can the familiar sight of tubes sets from Columbus , Reynolds and other makes laid out for the drawing table. Each frame ordered is transfered to a CAD drawing with every detail applied, once approved it is used as a template to follow through the crafting of the frameset.

Once detailed and finished the frame then goes to the paint shop where the colour choice and finish is applied using the best Dupont paint.
