STEEL IS REAL ! Butt brazed superbly finished simple and clean lines.

Steel is coming back ! Many of the traditional frame builders of the past like Cinelli, Colnago and De Rosa are re- introducing classic steel frames to their range.

Ride quality of lightweight 'chrome-moly' is unsurpassed, and in these times the new steel formulations are getting close to frames of 1 kg in weight. Butted tubing in traditional round profiles allow the classic look with a range of investment cast lugs, these can be detailed in Chrome or painted. Stainless steel xcr_stainless_tubi.gif is a new choice as top of the line tube set

 We can design and supply a choice of steel frames made from Columbus,tube sets such as   tubi_spirit.gif  

or Reynolds tubing such as853_badge.jpg or reynolds_631.pngplus other models

These can be  Colossi ,Velomaster or Clavis frames or we can build in non labeled frames to suit or your own label.

Finishes are painted in Dupont paint in your choice of colours. Chrome plating can be chosen to your requirements.

Your bike can be completed with components of your choice.

History: We are frame builders and now have formed an association with Colossi Cycles in recent times.   

 

 We introduced BMX to New Zealand in 1978 with the PANTHA bikes manufacturing these in NZ

The assassin with its famous loop tail today is still keenly sought by the 'old school'

However it all started in 1978 when kits were made and distributed to bike shops to completed with their own parts. Soon after the Government granted import licence and the first complete BMX bike rolled out of our factory in Bunnythorpe the MX1002.

With the worlds first Alloy wheels with sealed bearings and freewheel, Oval fork blades.

Cycle Pro Snakebelly tyres by Panaracer,Shotgun saddles ,matched with Hanabishi anodised cranks, (Sunshine anodised hubs with Araya anodised rims when we fitted spoked wheels) DID CP chains Suntour freewheels, and anodised Dia Compe brakes. Some models also had Tuff wheels.

Soon followed was the 16" Cub ( pictured) which Frank still feels it was his nicest appealing bike that little kids went nuts over, it was bullet proof !
